    Above and beyond customer service!

    After a long journey, the staff welcomed us with open arms. The central location allowed for easy exploration of Southbank, with good eateries nearby like the Ripe café.

    Unfortunately, the room had cleanliness issues, and the tumble dryer didn't work well, disrupting our plans when we needed to dry clothes on our last day.

    All in all everything was very good, had a very good stay for an one night. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the apartment available with the bedroom and mountain view, for example. We booked it for US $ 178. Location : the hotel was near all the food places, venue, and transport, entertainment, multiple restaurants and supermarket.

    The large apartment offered excellent space and cleanliness, but the balcony view was quite limited. Easy access to Southbank made exploring effortless, and the staff were accommodating when parking issues arose.

    easy central location short walk to the bridge between suncorp and morgan suites, and entertainment center, restaurants, bars & river. the room was light filled, with smoke detectors and beautiful views of the mountains. the bed was comfortable and there were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven.

    What you'll love and hate

    The location is convenient for those attending events. Just a quick walk to BCEC! Plus, the coffee from the cafe downstairs was fantastic and energizing!

    The room had minor cleanliness issues, like dust under the basins. There was limited staff interaction.

    I was horrified to find food on the couch and hairs on the mattress protector. The reception lady was as chatty as a brick wall, totally ignored my vibe. Lastly, I woudl ve been expecting a complimentary gift for such dreadful conditions, but alas, nothing. How disappointing! My stay definitley woudl not be remembered fondly.

    Check-in process was smooth and efficient.

    The unit was only serviced once during our 7-day stay, and this was only after I requested it. I had to take my rubbish down the road to find a disposal bin, really inconvenient. On top of that, our neighbours smoked in their rooms, and the smell occasionally crept into ours through the vents.
